The Crosswicks Water Tower stood next to what later became the Crosswicks Post Office for 84 years. After the Crosswicks Water Co. was sold to Garden State Water Co. in the 70's, residents continued to be serviced by the tower until it was dismantled in 1996. Fun Fact: Until 1962, residents who didn't have meters were billed according to how many faucets their home had.

Our Museum on Ward Avenue was originally the Crosswicks Meeting House, which was built in 1853.  This is the corner of Church & Main St in Crosswicks. This was a burial ground for the Friends as well as Lenni Lenape before that. In the background is the former Crosswicks Fire House.  |
